It takes various expressions\, merging Dance Theater\, Butoh\, Contact Improvisation\, Authentic Movement\, into a collective ritual. \n\n\n\nWe let all the influences interwoven inside us and in between rise in the moment. In this sense\, the space is very much co-created by the dancers their presence in the now\, and the interactions between what I pick up from them and vice-versa. \n\n\n\nIt is a safe time-space where we can can get in touch with our “inner dancer”\, and all our parts\, through acceptance and exploration of our emotional landscapes. \n\n\n\nSince 2017\, this space has been dedicated to the rawness of our heart-soul expression and bodypoetry. A journey through individual expression and collective invocation. \n\n\n\nWhat do we do ?We start by warming-up\, and guided embodiment explorations (solo\, duo\, or group)\, then a spacious soundscape of lived-mixed music to journey in-through-with our body-mind-heart-soul\, then comes integration with light energy work. \n\n\n\nWe focus on sensing\, feeling\, experiencing\, exploring the movements of our heart-mind-body-soul. Our breath is our rhythm while music support us. \n\n\n\nWhen we allow it to happen\, it is a dance journey to our true essence. \n\n\n\nNo prerequisites.
