The main frame of exploration will be authentic movement, combined with other contemplative practices (pausing, writing, drawing, sounding…), touch (always optional), and/or explorations in nature.
We work in a closed group.
The first session on the 8/09 is open to all.
After that you commit for the next 2 sessions, or you stop.

Energy exchange :
20-30€ for 1 session only.
50-90€ for 3 sessions of 3h.
