Welcome to a 1h30 journey where Butoh’s body poetry, mindfulness in movement, and playfulness intertwine.
We will open space for metamorphosis, inviting nature to move through us as a way to de-condition our practice, re-create, re-member.
Come as you are:
Open to all bodies ready to explore body ecology and dance with our light and shadows.
No prerequisite necessary.
After the class we will flow into an open CI-Jam.
