4 portals of 3h dedicate to deep listening and sponteanous expression of our intuitive bodies.

Space to rest, dream, unfold, unknot, dig, tell, realease, find, be in awe, be in grief, be.
To be the living connective tissue that hold us all, that we all are.
To be fish, ancestor, bird, star, belly, cell, tree, nothing, everything.

Authentic Movement has been developed by Marie Starks Whitehouse & Janet Adler. Cosmosomatology is a body of work I am developing with Louise Chardon.

Practiced in silence (no music).
