A time space to feel and rise in our innate capacity to connect to bigger that us, with fellow humans, and through body wisdom.

Around this point of the year, the celts ancestors of the land were celebrating the golden tipping point of summer, between solstice and equinox. A time to reflect on what is fruiting in us, what harvest is emerging. And on what may be needed to make space for harvesting?

Open Hearts Dance – Alentejo

Come come, just before new moon to seed your intention and create space for them to grow within and without. Tending your heart, through your dances, loving kindness and attention to what is.


Open Hearts Dance is a conscious dance space, rooted in the Open Floor movement cycle and infused with the playfulness of dance theater, the animism nature of Butoh, the intimacy of Contact Improvisation and the bare truths of Authentic Movement.

Since 2017, this space has been devoted to body-poetry, the rawness of our heart-soul expression, moving between the personal and the collective.

It’s a brave and welcoming container to meet all our parts, through the exploration of our inner landscapes with acceptance & loving kindness.

What do we do ?

We start by warming-up, then I guide you into a embodiment exploration (solo, duo, or group), then comes a spacious soundscape of lived-mixed music, followed by integration.

We focus on sensing, feeling, experiencing, exploring the movements of our heart-mind-body-soul. Our breath is our rhythm while music support us.

For whom?

Open to all bodies willing to dive-in and explore, and to dancers wishing for an held space to find their intuitive dance again.

Open Hearts Dance is an invitation
to connect
within and without,
to ourselves,
to others
and to what we are weaved from,
what we are weaving with.

Open Hearts Dance is a hybrid conscious dance space, following the Open Floor‘s movement cycle and resources. It takes various expressions, merging Dance Theater, Butoh, Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, into a collective ritual.

It is a safe time-space where we can can get in touch with our “inner dancer”, and all our parts, through acceptance and exploration of our emotional landscapes.

Since 2017, this space has been dedicated to the rawness of our heart-soul expression and bodypoetry. A journey through individual expression and collective invocation.

What do we do ?

We start by warming-up, and guided embodiment explorations then a spacious soundscape of lived-mixed music to journey in-through-with, then comes integration with light energy work.

We focus on sensing, feeling, experiencing, exploring the movements of our heart-mind-body-soul. Our breath is our rhythm while music support us.

No prerequisites. Open to all bodies willing to dive-in and explore.
