Anaïs. I am holding space for authentic movement’s practice groups since 2018. I’m a dance facilitator, soul & body worker, who likes to play with words, to plant trees and to save wasps from drowning.
How much ?
Sliding scale 80-120€, or swap. If you are in financial distress and feel the call to join, please reach out.

It allows us to meet and move in our inner processes and landscapes, on a psychological, archetypal, emotional, physical, energetical and global level. To meet ourselves on the deepest level.
It is the intuitive practice that we, conscious and sensitive dancers, embrace when we are in our intimate space, associated with the magic and healing act of being witnessed, of being held by a protective space and the loving heart of a witness.
The frame is simple. The “effect” is highly liberating.

to witness, to tend and give space
to what wants to move through you.
We will explore the different undercurrents of our lives
through movement, grief ritual, and connection to nature.
Our time together will be rooted in Joanna Macy and Francis Weller’s work,
Authentic Movement and earth-based practicing.
